Shipping and Handling
Je’Dor offers the shipping options listed below.
The standard International shipping fee is $23 AUD per item, or any additional item within one transaction is $8 AUD per item within one transaction. All shipments will be sent by International Priority or Registered Mail. Delivery within Australia is $10 AUD per item, or any additional item within one transaction is $6 aud. All deliveries will be sent by Australia Post.
*Please note that for Express shipments only EMS Mail is provided, includes tracking service. Please email us if you require Express shipping, pricing is available upon request and order.
Shipment Processing Time
Shipment Processing Time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on product availability.
Availability is indicated by confirmation email.
Your order is usually shipped in 1-3 working days (weekends and our national holidays are not included).
Shipping Time Based on Shipping Method (the shipment delivery options)
Australia orders: Standard Delivery 3-7 business Days
International orders: Standard Delivery 7-20 business Days, Express Delivery(EMS) 4 - 7 business Day.
*Je’Dor does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
*To provide us with Express delivery instructions for your order, please email us with your requirements. Upon receipt of your Express delivery instructions, we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipment Status
All shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped from our Australia office.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Je’Dor is not responsible for any fees occured in transit.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Returns and exchanges
At Je’Dor, it is our pleasure to serve you with an unparalleled level of service comparable to the quality of the quality products we offer.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, we will gladly extend our generous refund guarantee and your return must be received by us within 30 days.
All returns must be pre-authorized. We will e-mail you an approved return confirmation along with return instructions and a return address.
Return Terms
All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
The return procedure (including placing the return request and sending back return items) needs to be completed within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse.
All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s)/ exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Any problem (damaged/defective/missing/incorrect items ) regarding to the received package, should contact us within 10 days of took delivery, or the request would not be accepted.
We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/ incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
All refunds are for merchandise only. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping rates on all exchanges.
Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a 15% repackaging fee.
The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping fee if the shipment has been refused, the purchaser has given us a wrong address, or if the purchaser has not signed for receiving shipment. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information. If you do not wish your order to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return order and any charge/credit/restriction will be applied to our return policy.
All sales of SALE/Clearance items are final. SALE Quantities and Pricing stated are while supplies last. No return of SALE/Clearance items will be permitted for refund, credit or exchange unless product is damaged or is defective upon to examination.
